HydronixCB-25-2010 Universal NSF Coconut Activated Carbon Block Water Filter, 2.5" x 20" - 10 micron

I can tell a difference in water scent when these filters are freshly installed. I seem to get about 3 months out of each filter. These are now my filter of choice for the house water system.

We've purchased the 5 micron of this type and it lasted 1/3 as long (3 weeks). This one lasted nearly 2 months with the same wonderful degree of taste, pressure, and smell (or lack thereof). This is our only filter in our system and after trying several types, will be our only filter going forward. Not sure about the other negative reviews as we purchased 4 at a time which should last us 8 months+. All filters received thus far have been properly packaged and sealed with no discoloration whatsoever.

I use this in conjunction with an Iron filter and particulate filters. Turns terrible, smelly water into good tasting water.

This works great in our Culligan system. We had lost major water pressure and changing the filter was a life saver! Good price, fast delivery and easy installation.

Was buying this filter locally. It’s much cheaper through Amazon & quality is the same.

I have purchased about 10 of these filters, and they have all arrived properly packaged and sealed, with no damage. They last about 2 months at my home.

I ordered these filters (3 of them) as replacement cartridges for my "taste and odor" post filter on my water softener system and every filter received was cracked along the carbon cylinder. It's hard to tell until you see a black ring and notice the "give" of a cracked cylinder.
