I usually do not write reviews but I had to this time. My late father has been using this product for many years, not sure how many, but on his 45 year old boat. So it’s is definitely a wonderful product but the customer service from Greg is like no other I have ever experienced and I’m 60 years old. Remarkable, answers in minutes and even on a holiday. Did all he could to help with my concerns, even reached out to me by phone. Wish all companies were like My Boat Store! I highly recommend this company and their products!!!

Easy to use and has a nice finish when done. I used it on 15 year old teak furniture that I had previous used 'teak oil' on to protect them. The pieces were covered in mildew in months and the process of cleaning started all over again. I tried this product in January. I finished a piece using the lots of elbow grease, the super cleaner and this product and after three months, it looks brand new. Lots of effort to clean but may be worth it in the end.

Outstanding performance. Even color and protection is great. Very easy application. Never using teak oil again.

Excellent stuff. Much easier than oiling the teak. Put a couple coats on and walk away. Use it for outdoor furniture and the furniture continues to be in excellent condition after 10 years. There are color differences however that is due to my lack of coating on a yearly basis. If I would've kept up with it, I'm sure it would still be the same as the first time I coated it. The color differences look natural so it is really no issue. Highly recommended!

Bought this product to do teak on a sailboat. Started with a door. Took it all apart and sanded it 80 girt than 120 girt. Apply first coat no shine and looked cloudy. After 6 coats some parts are shiny most looks like I washed it with muddy water. Called support they told me “it must have froze that’s what happens when it froze and that I should have read the instructions” . I doubt it froze but ok you make something that stops working when froze and it has no clear warning on the container or no way to know it froze till you use it. How is this shipped during the winter in heated trucks? So now I must resand the entire door and throw out the $70 bottle of teak guard. Do they ship this to any northern regions during the winter I bet they do. Basically told me sucks to be me.

This is a great product for my outside teak furniture, has used this product before, and it's time to do the process again.

I started using this product 7 or 8 years ago, when I bought a gallon of it. At first, I thought it was rather pricey, but that gallon lasted me the 7 or 8 seasons, taking care of the cockpit seat teak and toe rail teak on my 43' sailboat with 3-4 coats once each season. This stuff cleans up like a dream just by wiping up if you catch it right away, or perhaps using a magic eraser pad if not. It dries fast enough that I can do the next coat on my seats by the time I work my way around the cockpit with the first coat. Four coats in under two hours! Imagine that.

Does a good job protecting. Is basically a stain, so a bit more difficult to apply. It will change wood to a certain light brown color so BE SURE TO TEST FIRST! I used this on a teak table and it looks like it survived the first winter without any notable changes to grey. I have tried many other products and think this may be the best. I wish it came in various tones that could be mixed.
