An absolute must for lifters
My coach recommended these grips, but I thought I could get away with a cheaper options. 5 different options later I finally decided to give these a try. I have to say they run small. My wrists are exactly 6 inches and size Small was too tight as well as rubber grip part was too short. I exchanged them for M/L and wow what a difference! I PRed all my lifts today and my hands no longer hurt. I wish I bought these grips earlier

Nice Product for Casual Lifters
This product has been a real helper in the gym. I am still working on forearm strength but don't want to have to stop all my other lifts because my forearms get tired. These allow me to continue my workout and get the most out of my lifting time. These are sturdy, and comfortable and very easy to use. They are also a nice size for a smaller hand and wrist so would be great for many women lifters. Please note that these should not be used if you are hoping to train for powerlifting as straps are not allowed in competition. However, if you are like me and are working to get your forearms up to par with the rest of your body, but don't want to have to sacrifice your workout, or if you are just a casual lifter and like the ease of straps, then these are perfect for you.

You Don't Get What You Pay For
I purchased the Vera gloves for myself for a little extra grip help while doing deadlifts. The Versas are great for someone like me - a casual lifter (no one is beating down my door to appear on Shape, believe me) who needs a little boost when my grip starts to fail on my fatigue sets The Versas have greatly improved my deadlift technique, although I find that wrapping the straps around the bar to be more difficult than it should be considering what these straps are designed for. It is not uncommon for me to have to wrap the bar more than once to get my grip just right. Speaking of design, these straps are advertised for use in pushing exercises, too, but I really don't think they are anywhere near as effective on pushing exercises as they are for pulling, at least with my current workout plan. I also don't like the fact that the straps are a little unwieldy - if I want to superset another exercise, I was hoping I could simply turn the Versa around on my wrist and go about my business. Nope - you need to take the Versas off. I also have very thin wrists and the XS, while perfect for my wrist size, was too short in the straps. Bottom line is that for the price, I expected a better design and fit. I think I would have rated these 5 stars if they were $30 less.

Take my Money!
I purchased these and ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! I have seen an increase on my weights as I now have a better grip on the bars and dumbbells! If you don't have them, you're missing out. I still get calluses while wearing them, but it is a small price paid for upping the weights to get a better workout. My lifts aren't the same without them! Oh and the dark pink is PERFECTION!

These have upped my deadlift game significantly!
Not sure how I ever deadlifted without these. These have upped my deadlift game significantly. I can now lift more weight and do more reps without my grip tiring. In the past, my grip would tire long before my legs, so I had to give up before I wanted to. Now I can deadlift to my heart's content. These have been great for push exercises as well. For instance, I am able to do more overhead presses with more weight with these grips. These are high quality and will last me a long time. For reference, I ordered the size small and they fit perfectly. I think any female (unless you have very large wrists) would be a size small.

My trainer has the same ones
I bought these because both my trainers at Art of Strength and Fitness have them. They are great for lifting. They feel soft and are flexible. Very comfortable and easy to get on and off. A bit pricey, but grips are needed for lifting heavy and these are great. Definitely worth the money.
