Great Embroidery Book
This book is fantastic. the instructions are very clear even for a beginner. great detail in explaining what to do and where to put your needle. Anyone who does any embroidery should get this book. It is a great reference for all kinds of stitches. I have several of Janice Vaines and she is a excellent teacher. I have had the pleasure of taking a few classes from her and she is simply great.

I look forward to perusing it at leisure, when I expect to enjoy it very much
I desperately needed help in creating a patchwork cushion in a hurry, so this did not provide that. However, it is a lovely book, it gave me an idea on how I might have better joined some awkward crochet back in the day and it contains a very clear illustration of the colonial knot, a stitch you do not see every day. I look forward to perusing it at leisure, when I expect to enjoy it very much.

Beautiful and informative.
Beautiful quilts, with templates and full embroidery instructions for most of the crazy quilting stitches. This is a lovely and informative book. I would have liked to see one or two more quilts, but the book really concentrates on the one on the front cover, and the mini fans, which I am now making, but about six times bigger, as a double bed quilt!
