Our church uses these to teach children percussion utilizing Home Depot 5 gallon buckets as drums. The price is great, they are light enough for little hands, and not too loud when you get 12 kids playing them all at the same time.

These drum sticks were a great price and I liked that they came in a variety of colors. Some others were all the same color, when I use at school with my students I can more easily see (with the variety of colors) who puts them away and takes care of them. These are durable but I saw ones that were a little more durable but not a variety of colors. So I bought what I thought would be easiest for me overall.

Love these. My autistic 5 year old has a few sets of drums and these are great since we are always losing his wooden sticks. He can also drum on other things without damaging due to the nylon material. Durable so far, weight is fine for his age.

I’m am a fitness instructor who teaches many classes including “Pound” & I would not recommend these for an effective Pound workout. They are not designed like the Pound Ripstix which is heavier/sturdier. These drumsticks are an excellent choice for small children fun classes since they are extremely light and safe. Good value.

I ordered these a few months ago because the children at church were all wanting to tap on the pews during the praise service. These plastic sticks gave us a chance to hand them sticks that wouldn't cause major damage. They love the sticks, but the tip on one of the purple ones broke off within a couple weeks of them playing with them.
