I love this stuff. It smells amazing and protects my hair from the salt water so well. if using it as a preventative measure for detangling or keeping hair moisturized, wet your hair with regular water, then apply generously, then put your hair in some sort of braid or bun (or other protective hairstyle). i’ve used it for scuba diving and it’s the only thing to keep my hair out of tangles when I dive. this stuff is incredible and lasted a long time

I bought this for a beach trip because my hair is very thick and naturally curly and gets a crazy tangled mess at the beach or pool. This hair creme is PERFECT! I just bought another one to have for my beach bag and one for the house. It smells great and is lightweight so your hair doesn't feel weighted down. It smooths and detangles and doesn't leave your hair greasy. It is a GREAT product!! My hair felt healthy and smooth after using it. I plan to use it even when I'm not at a pool or beach if i encounter humid weather. It's really fantastic stuff and a GREAT PRICE!

I love the way this conditioner smells and how soft it makes my hair feel. I love that it's reef safe and made with good ingredients. I have dry hair in humid climate and this helps keep the frizz down. It may not work as well for oily hair.

This SAVES your hair! AND saves the reefs! What else could you want?? If you scuba dive, swim (salt or chlorine) surf or spend anytime at the beach - you want this. My long and very chemically treated hair stays tangle free and healthy. I am an active water loving girl with long wavy hair (2b/c) that’s normally worn straight. Best routine is to wet hair using cold fresh water (seals cuticle), apply conditioner (protects) and then put it up. I find my hair does best if I use a top bun or pony with hair ties every inch or so. Braiding just tangles and stresses hair more imo. Comb out using the Wet brush. Can’t live without this, especially on liveaboards. I also apply it dry as it protects my hair before getting it wet. My colors will still get brassy or dull but not as quickly. I still have to use purple shampoo for blonde and blue for brunette as often as I usually do. Smell is fragrant but pleasing not too strong. Value is well - invaluable imo. Helps keep my hair soft. I have a bottle in my bathroom, travel bag, scuba bag, surf/beach bag and always bring enough to share. And for the win this business is a small and woman owned! Bougie and product snob approved! I’ve also used the sting relief, shimmer sunblock, mask defog (best defog there is) and can’t wait to try some of her other products. If you can - buy this at your local dive shop! I have the large bottle and use it to fill the smaller bottles. One thing she could improve on is make the smaller bottle openings a little larger or screw top to make refill process easier.

I love this stuff!! It kind of dribbles out of the bottle which is kind of annoying but not a big deal. It’s not super thick and the smell isn’t too strong. I’ll definitely buy it again!

Love this product, after swimming and rinsing my hair put this on my hair and it just soaks right in and does not feel thick or greasy. I dye my hair so pool water and washing always makes my hair feel crunchy and brittle but this product makes my hair feel healthy and refreshed

Not only does it make my hair so so soft after swimming in the ocean or being in a pool, I also use it weekly as a leave in for my curls. I'm not sure if it's meant for that or if it's ok to do that 😅 but it leaves my curls so so soft and defined. Maybe not as defined as something like devacurl, but good enough. It keeps my curls defined for at least 3 days. If I use it WITH the tiniest bit of devacurl on the ends, then it's the perfect combination!! It's very light weight and doesn't leave my hair feeling sticky, dirty, or greasy (which is great since I only wash my hair 1x a week). It also helps prevent my hair getting in knots as fast. I've been using it for 2 years now and it still works the same. Note : I have thin very long 3a-3b hair.

This product is great! It works very well to detangle hair, even right out of the ocean without first rinsing with fresh water. It's light, non greasy and has an enjoyable fragrance. I bought it for a Caribbean vacation to use after going into the ocean, but it makes my hair so much softer than my normal leave in conditioner that I'm thinking of switching to this permanently.

Works great - When I am doing repeated scuba dives. I wet my hair before going diving and apply the conditioner. Then put my hair in the French braid. I have gone for many dives over a period of a week this way, and my hair doesn’t get all dried out from the ocean water.

I purchased this item for a boat trip and also to use it at the beach in order to protect my hair from the sun, wind and sea. Great buy!!
