CARL K-M31 Replacement Scoring/Perforating Set for the DC-210/220/238/2500

Arrived as promised. Keeping it as replacement for my new CARL trimmer. I will use the scoring wheel soon for wedding invitations' protection sleeve. Thank you

The scoring blade included in this pack is not wide enough or heavy-duty enough to score heavy card stock correctly.I bought the  CARL Heavy Duty Rotary Paper Trimmer 15inch  primarily for cutting and scoring handmade greeting cards. I make large amounts of card blanks at a time, and 15+ minutes of scoring by hand (with a bone folder and scoring board) leaves my hand aching and sore. I was hoping that the rotary trimmer--in combination with this scoring blade--would be a great solution for me.However, it doesn't score wide or deeply enough to even leave an impression on the back of the card stock, much less create a smooth fold. What can you say about a replacement blade? It fits in the cutter. It cuts things.
