Have been using Bauerfeind products for 2/3 years, they never disappoint, I had an ACL reconstruction surgery, injured my mcl and meniscus, and have patellar tendonitis. This certainly helps with pain management, joint alignment and basic patellar tracking function. This model is relatively similar to the genutrain model, but it’s knitting method and material is thinner, hence it’s more breathable. There’s also lines sticky plastic which would keep the knee brace in place.

Best brace I have ever come across. Used it now for over a year in heavy conditions ( beach volleyball - sand and rain). Brace itself is still in very good condition and still does the job! Look no further , price is worth every cent ,just make sure you measure it following sizing chart.

Excellent knee support - I used to get knee pain around the patella when running (mostly indoors on treadmills) for more than 30 minutes but since I have used this knee support the pain has stopped. Would highly recommend.

I have worn this item once and have noticed that the thread has started to come apart, leaving a small hole in the side of the support. I have tried to contact the seller regarding getting this replaced or refunded and I have not heard back.

Used for 2 weeks of on and off piste skiing, works great, fits well, doesn’t slip, provides just the right amount of support for my knee issue. Used for a couple of 5k runs, it rubs the back on my knee raw, it’s awful. 5 stars for skiing, 1 star for running.

I must say that this product is absolutely fantastic. I've been using it for well over almost 2 months at about 3 times per week during martial arts training and it's assisted me better than I imagined. Most other knee supports are too tight, too loose, or bunch up too much behind the knee, making it very uncomfortable to wear. This brace has enough support to reduce discomfort, improve stability and is very comfortable to wear during prolonged hours of use (approximately 3 - 4 hours per training session). I would have liked a little bit more rubberized grip placed along the inside surface for better "staying power" when wearing spats, but otherwise, this is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Eintolles Produkt - ich kann trotz zweier Knie-OP wieder tanzen. Tolle Passform, stützt dank der integrierten Schienen hervorragend, ohne die Flexibilität einzuschränken. Und die Bandage rutscht nicht! Ich fühle mich damit sicher. Der Preis stimmt auch - ich würde sie jederzeit noch einmal kaufen.

High Quality - fit is accurate and works well to brace for healing

I got this brace about a month ago. I've had knee problems most of my life. I've gone thru more braces than I would like to admit. The past few years I've settled in with bauerfeind and zamst being the main brands for my braces. I own 2 of the genutrain knee braces. The genutrain was the best knee brace I had ever used. I've never had surgery on my knee so mine is a stability issue with a floating knee cap. The genutrain did a great job for what I needed... Kept me stable and kept my knee cap where it should be. Enter this sport brace. Love it. I wish the sizing was a little more like the genutrain but I'm still good with it. It fits more snug than the genutrain but it's still Uber comfy. I wore it for a round of golf and forgot it had it on. That says something. I'm debating on getting another one. Owning 2 genutrains is what's Making me hesitate. Those are still good. Just this might be better for sports and being active. Update: I wore this brace on a bike ride today and then left it on while I ran around town. This was the longest I had the brace on... About 7 hours. By the time I got home and got it off, something was feeling weird on my skin. Turns out it was this stickier stuff that's on the inside of the brace. It's there to help keep the brace from slipping but at this time, I'd have to say that I don't like that material. My skin is red and irritated from it. It's like it gripped and stretched my skin. I think women who wear strapless bras might know what I'm talking about. It's the same stuff I've seen on my wife's strapless bras. She complains about it too. When taking it off its literally like peeling it off Ur skin. I won't modify my rating just yet. But as it stands, this basically told me not to order another just yet. Sure it doesn't slip but I'm not too fond of the reaction I'm having to the sticky stuff.
