Purchased these Rouge (Ergo) clippers about 2 years ago for at home cuts, and they still perform like they did fresh out the box. Overall, I would recommend for beginner barbers, or as a backup (blending) clipper. Pros: Great for fading Fade blade easily takes out bald line Click lever for consistent blends Easy to zero gap Very forgiving (doesn’t create harsh lines) Cons: Battery life too short (good for about 2 cuts) 1 hour charge for 2 hours of use Charging stand not included Bogs on dense hair Doesn’t perform well on slick/wet hair

Unsealed packaging and used. You can see visible finger prints and hair on the blade. I wanted to give this product a chance but it is disgusting seeing hair on the blade.
