Review: Nice tool - works well - I have had several different models of this small grease gun. All of them were messy to use and load. All of them ended up not working because the tips would get bent or damages and no longer stay on a grease fitting. This grease gun fixes all of that. When you pull the plunger out, you don't have to hope it stays locked into the little notch - this one has a spring loaded piece that turns sideways and securely locks the plunger open. "Un-thread the pump head a few turns and air will not get trapped. Even better, air will escape but grease will not squirt out. The best feature is the locking tip. It stays tight on a fitting and does not leak. Just like other reviewers say - you do not have to over-tighten the hose. Thread it by hand and use a wrench to go about 1 1/2 turn tighter and you are good - it will not leak.
