Super produit , je l'utilise pour la pâtisserie. Juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de cache ou protection pour la partie tranchante

Beim Arbeiten mit Fondant ist dieses Skalpell eine absolut nützliche Hilfe. Ich empfehle allerdings nach dem Reinigen das Skalpell auseinander zu schrauben und an der Luft trocknen zu lassen. Ich habe es nicht getan und jetzt ist die Klinge am Ansatz rostig.

Cercavo un tagliabalsa dall'impugnatura sottile e di buona qualità. Anche se nato per la pasticceria le funzionalità sono identiche e sono soddisfatto del prodotto.

Me parece que és una herramienta imprescindible para trabajar con gumpaste o fondant y hacer figuras y flores de azúcar
