The book is excellent, but the pages are coming out of the book, barely used!
The book is fantastic for community nurses like myself, but the physical book already has pages coming out of the seams! I have barely used this book!

Binding was in poor condition

It’s hard to read a book when the pages are falling out. Binding is cheap. 120$ ??? I thought this would be a book I keep.
