Amazing product, love the taste, the texture; a bit pricey but it’s worth it. I sleep amazingly when consumed before bedtime.

I originally bought this after I tore my left distal bicep and had watched some videos on recovery from this injury. I took this supplement religiously, one serving at bed time with water, for at least 1-1/2 cans of this. That lasted me more than 2 months. By that time, I had recovered enough that I started skipping it. I have restarted taking it for one reason - it has a slight sleep aid in it and I enjoyed that helping me fall asleep at a regular time. Plus it's a great no-sugar dessert.

This stuff is great! Tastes great and helps me recover overnight. Wish it didn’t have the gums in it but otherwise highly recommend
