Do these stickers have adhesive? Some reviews say yes, others say no. Which is right?

Yes, they are adhesive, over time they are less so. It's a reusable sticker.

Although the packaging doesn’t specify where it is made, I am 99.9% sure its from China .

I ordered the tabbed version but received the untabbed version which are impossible to get off without destroying the sticker. Tabbed or not?

Mine were tabbed but was still difficult to remove so I fold a small corner before placing it on my notebook camera.

Is there any issue with the blockers sliding around? If I pull it out of my pocket will it stay in the place I originally stuck it?

It will stay where you put it unless maybe the surface isn't flat. The front camera works great. I ended up not using it on the rear camera and just used electric tape for the back because when I need to use the camera the tape can come off and go back on. It might be harder to do that with these stickers. The stickers will stay but I would say save the money and find some black tape. I do like it for the front camera though if you have your heart set on buying it.
