These postcards were used for a friend's Paris-themed 50th birthday party. Guests were asked to write the birthday girl messages on the individual postcards since they contributed to a group gift. So, the postcards were used for personalized messages in lieu of individual greeting cards from guests.

For the price, these are fantastic and it's a wide variety of scenes in and around London. I bought these before a trip so I could address them ahead of time so I don't have to spend time doing that while on vacay. However, the paper stock that is used bow so much once the postcards are removed from their tightly packed box that I am concerned as to whether they'll make it across the pond or not! Also, some of the photos are a bit, well, vague. I get that they're taken on a "Stroll through London," but there needs to be something familiar. I go to London a good bit and I have NO idea what some of these photos are. It could be Dayton, Ohio for all I know. Finally, there are no descriptors on the back of the cards as are on traditional post cards. Likewise, there is no printing on the front of the cards either with "London" or some such. Am I nitpicking? Yes, yes I am. However, since I have so many people to send cards to, I will end up buying more once I'm in London anyway, so there's that.
