Here’s a detailed account of my experience with it. Packaging and First Impressions: The device arrived in a neat, well-designed package with clear instructions. The mouthpiece itself appeared to be of high quality, made from soft, flexible material, which gave me initial confidence in its comfort and effectiveness. Fit and Comfort: The first night, I followed the instructions for fitting the device. It was relatively easy to position it in my mouth, and it did stay in place throughout the night, which is a significant plus. The design effectively holds the tongue forward, which did noticeably reduce my snoring. However, there are some critical comfort issues to address. The part of the device that fits between the teeth and the inner mouth tends to rub against the gums. This constant friction caused irritation and soreness, which persisted throughout the day. Despite being designed to be soft, this rubbing sensation was quite uncomfortable. I tried to make this product work but simply could not tolerate it. While the idea is novel and theoretically should work, it misses when it comes to holding your tongue out properly. Despite even max suction my tongue would eventually slip out. In addition, it put negative pressure on my tongue creating a weird tingling sensation. When it wasn’t doing this, my saliva was being mass produced due to the object choking me in my own saliva at times. Was not a pleasant experience. On top of that, this expensive piece of plastic is non refundable. Buyer beware

I’ve had this now for 3 months, and it’s worked very well! My husband was waking me up a couple of times a night because of my snoring. But it wasn’t until I shared a room with my sister for one night and she told me to get checked for sleep apnea that I decided to try something to fix this. I had tried a band wrapped around my head to keep my jaw closed, but I didn’t like it at all. I have been using an angled pillow for years, and unfortunately isn't enough anymore. I knew it was my tongue relaxing too much that was the problem. How to fix that?? Bought this to try out. I already wear a retainer on my bottom teeth and a mouth guard on top, so I wasn’t sure how I would sleep with another thing in my mouth. Turns out, I sleep just fine! That first night, my husband said he didn’t hear any snoring, and he hasn’t complained about my snoring since I started using this! After reading other reviews complaining about this rubbing against the gums, I’m wondering if my mouth guard is helping to prevent that from happening. It did take a little while for me to figure out the right suction — there were a couple of mornings when I woke up with a numb tongue — but it’s really worked out better than I could have imagined. If all you need is something to hold your tongue forward a bit, this works. I am a heavy sleeper, which also probably helps. But it’s so nice to not be nudged awake in the middle of the night anymore with requests to stop snoring. And my husband is getting better sleep, too!

I initially started with the larger mouthpiece, and while it did stop my snoring, it was uncomfortable and rubbed against my gums. Despite that, I didn’t want to give up on the product because it was clearly effective. I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly helpful. They gladly sent me the smaller mouthpiece free of charge. I've been using the smaller size for a few nights now, and it has made a big difference. It is much more comfortable, still stops my snoring, and doesn’t cause any irritation. I’ve tried other products in the past that also helped with snoring, but they caused jaw pain or led to shifting in my teeth over time. This time, I was really looking for something gentler, and I think I’ve finally found it. This mouthpiece is comfortable, doesn’t hurt my jaw, doesn’t shift my teeth, and most importantly, it works. I'm very happy with it and highly recommend it!

This item did not work, maintains suction on the tip of my tongue until I fell asleep at which point my tongue popped right out, causing me to wake up, it was a nightmare. Kept me up all night, does not do what it says it’s supposed to do.

This works well if you snore because of your tongue. One way to check that is to try making a snoring sound then sticking out your tongue and biting on it to hold it and check if the snoring sound stops. Unfortunately nothing else on the market works for me, so I’m stuck reordering this despite the below issues. First, this is way too expensive, i paid close to $90 for it, and it doesn’t even come with a case! I had to order a separate case for it. It also doesn’t say things like BPA free so it might not be, ie you might be sucking on chemicals all night. Additionally, after a few uses, it started hurting my gums. Finally, it looks disgusting. I wish it was NOT transparent.

I have been using this for about 10 years. It was not available on Amazon when I first started using it, but that's how I buy them now. It works great for me and I have not snored since I started using it. 100% cured. It took me a few nights (maybe a week) to get used to it, but I no longer snore and I've become accustomed to it and find it comfortable. Also, my previous device was a hard plastic mouth guard that hurt my jaw. While that thing worked, I had to stop using it as it was causing jaw issues. This is much easier for long term use and the only "problem" is that now I can't really sleep without it. There are a few spots on my gums that were irritated by it when I first started using it, but then I trimmed off a few spots and it solved the problem. Now when I start a new one, I use the cutouts on the old one as a template. I have recommended this to several people over the years and about half of them have had success while it didn't work for the others. I agree with some of the reviewers that it is an expensive price for a simple product, but if it works to stop you from snoring it is well worth it for you and anyone who shares your bedroom. They last about 6 months for me, so it's about 50 cents a day. Good luck!
