Q: What size for senegal parrot

Medium is the perfect size for a Senegal!

Q: my cage is 13" x 16"... If I was to order this item, can I be guaranteed a perch 16" at most?

Most perches are 14"-16" but some are longer. Since Amazon does our fulfillment, we can not guarantee that your perch will be under 16". However, they are easy to cut with any kind of hand saw.

Q: my cage is 24" wide . I want a perch to go across the cage What size do I need ?

I ordered 2 small ones. One is 15" and one is 13". These were the small ones. I guess you would need a larger size. Try to contact the seller. I hope this helps. My Cockatiel loves them.
