Can you order charging cord for this unit - mine doesn’t work?

You can use any micro usb cord (many android phones use these).

How high can this lift water? The bottles are ~30" at most. Could this lift water out of something deeper? Perhaps 50"?

The hose that comes with the pump is not long enough for a 50" container. This pump is meant for a 5 gallon water bottle.
