How much assembly is required for putting the mini bike together? Are tools and hardware included?

This was an easy assembly. The cycle is brilliantly packed so it is easy to see all of the parts and it is so well designed that the assembly doesn't even require the instructions to succeed, just some common sense and a few minutes time. You can do this without stressing out. Piece of cake!!! Easy peasy!!

Will I get a good workout with this bike, or is it more of a gentle workout for therapy?

Hello, thank you for your question. The SF-B020026 minibike offers 8 adjustable resistance levels. While levels 1-3 are a lighter resistance, these are commonly used for those in recovery. Levels 4-8 provide a stronger resistance for more advanced users. Depending on duration and speed exercised, this mini cycle is capable of low to high impact training, making it perfect for multiple users in your home.

In the demo video, the girl seems to carry/move the cycle like it weighs nothing. Does this forecast sliding while I cycle? Anyone have this problem?

I've peddled on both carpet and flooring and the cycle sliding has never been an issue, its really good at staying in place. The base of the bike has suction cups so it provides a secure grip on flooring.. and when used on carpet, the suction cups give off enough friction so that the bike does not move. But true, the bike is very easy to lift and carry. Moving the bike from table top to placing on the floor or vice versa is never a hassle.
