how much weight can it load?

The pulley itself can handle a lot of weight, it feels pretty sturdy. It really depends how you’re going to mount it. If you’ll mount it to drywall then drywall itself won’t be able to hold much. If you’ll mount it to something solid then probably 50-70lbs. That’s a guesstimate…. Use a common sense

Supper smooth

Very smooth bearings make my pulley gym workouts feel incredible. The only thing I did to modify the attachment is to double nut the eye bolt so it doesn't work itself free. Perfect for a pulley gym system. I actually have two of them (one above and one on the ground) so I can do high or low pulls.

Had to do some improvements

I would give 5 starts but I had to glue two pieces together so the rope doesn't get caught around the wheel. There is too much space between the wheel and the piece that holds it.

Smooth cable ride

Use for my diy gym cable system. Does the job just fine and the cable travel is very smooth. Don’t know that I would trust the little cable clip it ships with. I replaced that with a much higher strength rated attachment.

Smooth pulley

Have purchased several other pulleys on Amazon and wasn’t satisfied until this one. The paint will fade but the pulley will be smooth. The bushing and aluminum pulley make all the difference.
