This trailer is excellent, you are getting a high quality product at what I feel is a good deal and this thing is tough and can take a beating.I have two of these now because my first one went down a literal cliffast errm and I was still able to pull it home after. I was riding on a narrow path along a hill side when I got a bit sloppy and got to close to the edge, well the one wheel on the trailer went over the edge causing the entire thing to go over the edge. Now my ebike + me is over 350lbs so the trailer didn't drag me down but the spring holding it to my bike did break after I dragged it along for a little bit and the entire trailer plus 60lbs worth of tools and batteries dropped 125ft down a cliff and onto some railroad tracks. It took me about 30 min to bike down to the tracks to get the trailer and I was shocked to see it survived. The tires and rims were fine, the frame was fine and the bottom plastic, while cracked was still holding up. The cover was shredded of course and destroyed which is why I am bought another one but it still rolled just fine. So I grabbed the zip ties I always travel with, zip ties the arm to my bike and rolled that bad boy the 55 miles back to my house. I was even able to find a replacement spring at ace and fix the trailer outright minus the covering. So duct tape took care of the plastic bottom and today I used it to get food from the store. The fact it straight up barreled down a giant hill side uncontrolled and didn't break is amazing and a testament to the build quality.I can't recommend this enough

This cart definitely exceeded my expectations! It's great quality. Very durable, light weight, and super easy to fold up and set up. I definitely would recommend to other people!

Very very nice. Sturdy and economical. Love the detachable wheels for RV storage.

But customer service is not very good. The back screw of my bike where I suppose to place the attachment was too big. I contacted customer support, and they only said: return it.I don't like to return stuff unless they are not what they are supposed to be. And this was a really good product, maybe with some flaws in design that didn't consider every possible bike.In the end, I kept it because I attached the support to another screw on the bike, and had to 3D print a support.I am happy with my decision, it is so useful to go to the beach with this trailer. Very easy to ride the bike with it, and so silent. Overall very happy with the product, not with the customer support.

Very easy to set up and break down. I got a large carry bag for the trailer . It's bulky but small enough to break down and take on a train ride or bus trip. Great value for the $$.

Quality production of the cart

0/5 is the appropriate rating. I’d call it a scam product but that feels like an insult to the people who actually put hard work into ripping you off. First thing I noticed was the wheels, axels, and bearings are not circles, they’re approximately roundish so the trailer bounces and rattles as you go. The mount to attach the trailer to your bike is so poorly made it was nearly impossible for my rear bike axel to sit squarely in the dropouts and my wheel would start rubbing the frame until I made some custom adjustments. It’s also designed not to trail behind the center of the bike, it’s offset a few inches to the left, so it rides awkwardly. And finally, the cover opens to the front, not the back like you would expect given the constant direction of travel on a bike is forward so anything opening to the front catches the wind, and the cover has no stretch or adjustment in the connection points, so your cargo has to be perfectly sized or you might as well just rip the cover straight off or be prepared to bike a parachute around. Just a total dumpster fire of a product. Do not buy, even if you were desperate for a trailer like i was and are considering getting on the quick for cheap. My life is now worse for having made the decision to buy this.
