I bought this for making quick kimchi... It works very well... Now I also use it for other hot sauce recipes very successfully

Hard to review as it never came
I am sure this product is brilliant as I had to buy it somewhere else. So it tastes great. It never arrived this way but I found it in local Asian markets.I never got a refund either despite being promised one which has not arrived.
