Frame is of good enough quality, however where your photos go is not glass and is plastic. Makes all of my photos less crisp. For the price, I would expect it to be glass, like a photo frame is typically. Sad that all my nice photos look dull in this frame.

Earlier, I bought another similar frame with glass coverings for photos, and I thought this was the same (not really spelled out in the product description). When I looked at the 'clear' plastic covers for in front of the photos, they looked dull and milky - until I realized there was film on each side of the plastic. Still, I'd rather have had glass, but this is reluctantly OK. At least the plastic is clear and photos look bright. Looks nice overall.

I don't usually so reviews BUT this is just a VERY FLIMSY plastic, I ordered 3 and 1 was broken... I had to glue the plexiglass down for them to stay in.... ERY OVERPRICED! I could have have got frames at the dollar store that were better quality

I have a 24 picture collage which I absolutely love! A little pricey for plastic but decided to purchase the 18 picture frame. My mistake that I didn't examine the picture frame and went right into placing my pictures. When placing the frame on the wall I noticed the crack in the corner of one of the frames.

This is not what I expected, I would return it if I didn’t already spend an hour trying to make it work. My biggest issue is that the photos don’t stay in place. When I initially opened the frame I realized that the filler photos only stayed in place because of 18 pieces of a cut up cardboard box that were placed behind each photo and under the backing. The backing is also very flimsy and thin. It also took me nearly 30 minutes to remove the film from each side of all 18 frames (it was really stuck on there). You can also see gaps in the sides and tops of the frames because the backing does not fit tightly enough. Very flimsy/ cheap product and I am very disappointed. I’m going to try to stick my photos on with command strips or tape. Some of the frames also came chipped.
