Everyone buys this because it allegedly smells similar and o drakkar noir. This smells similar to drakkar noir when sprayed only with a slightly more woody and more powdery note and less of a green scent. Once dried down though it smells really spicy(like think something like cinnamon and clove), and nothing like the sporty and old school shaving cream scent of drakkar noir. This smells like grandpa. Folks, real Drakkar Noir isn’t expensive. Just buy the real thing.

This cologne smells just like the old drakkar noir, however it is not drakkar noir. There are several clues to this fact: it is spelled Dakar, not Drakkar. It is much less expensive. The bottle does not look the same. If you like drakkar noir you most possibly will like Dakar, but do not try to fool your friends with the bottle and tell them it is drakkar, because they will know that it is not quite easily.
