Q: it possible W10 driver? if you do, how much the update driver?

As far as I know, this is not compatible with Windows 10.

Q: Will this work to scan X-rays?

It would depend on the size of the physical Xray. Smaller X-rays, that could fit in the Negative tray or the Slide tray, would scan. Larger media that would fit in the picture scan area, are are unlikely to produce acceptable images.

Q: Will it work with a MAC computer?
