Happy birds.
I didn't expect much when I purchased the item, based off the bad reviews. But, lesson learned. Don't judge a book by its cover by bad...reviews..on Amazon or something like that. I got one for a trial run and it's fantastic. I don't recommend using it as a bird bath. It's a touch small. But, I filled one with seed and placed it near our window for the cats to watch. It gets ALL kinds of birds and some squirrels. Even with the squirrels jumping on and off, it stays put. I've got a small, fenced in back yard and this adds such color. People don't seem to be reading the details on its size. It's not huge as you can see in the photo. I plan on purchasing 2 more and placing them around my backyard with different seed assortments. Highly recommend. :)

CUTE and VERSATILE!
For $10 I wasn't expecting anything too elaborate but I was surprised at how good these are. Two seconds to hook the poles and you'r ready. I plan on using one for seed, and one for a water. I like the middle part of the sunflower, the birds can land there to take a drink. Too small for a bath (but that's ok as I have 2 other baths that are larger..) but great for a quick drink. As I get all sorts of birds this gives a chance of the smaller birds to drink/eat without being chased by the more aggressive birds. And they look cute in the garden. Plastic also hopefully will last longer.

One function...not two as advertised
The description reading “birdfeeder AND birdbath” implies this one item can serve two functions. The middle of the sunflower does not have openings to access water it really only serves one purpose at one time-a feeder OR birdbath. It’s a misleading description but it is cute enough.

Use & installation
These are neat little bird bath for giving birds a cool drink. You can make them taller or shorter by coupling them together or taking a pole off. Taller will need a pole to give it more stability. Squirrels can easily climb up into them, so water is probably the best use. Be gentle with them, as the poles will break or bend. Best to put the short, black stake in the ground first... then put insert the bird bath pole.
