Helps aches and pains and puts me to sleep.

This works just like the name brand and a nice savings! I've been pretty rough in my body and now going into perimenopaus, which brings on even more body aches. This helps take the edge off so I can get some rest and not feel groggy the next morning!I only take one, someday I'll try taking two, but one is enough for me.

2 of these on a Saturday night didn’t wake up till like 4pm Sunday lol. Crazy strong.
