good service good dvd
Some interesting ideas and saves buying the more expensive studio equipment , however some exercises are more practical than others as you cannot always check your own alignment

Expected more info from KRN
Very limited info - if you interested in buying this book (pamphlet) - I’m sure you already know all the info she presents. Info repeats itself and some errors in numbered photos- descriptions.

... student of the Pilates method this book brings a great opportunity for home practice
For any student of the Pilates method this book brings a great opportunity for home practice. It is especially useful for anyone who has feet that are used for work dancers, store assistants or anyone who owns a foot or feet! The full system of Pilates extensively uses a footbar which works the feet. The endings use towels, foot and tor correctors. If you don't have access to a studio easily this is an excellent home exercise book. Kathi Ross Nash is one of the most respected teachers worldwide and her teaching skills are clear. This book is well worth the money and more if you actually do the exercises.

Not really Pilates.....
I wish I had read the reviews on the Amazon.com website before buying this book; I advise everyone to do so before they decide to pay out £12 for this book on Amazon.co.uk. I may not have the apparent pedigree of the author when it comes to Pilates, but I do know the principles of Pilates and they are not applied in the exercises contained in this 38 page booklet. I suspect this is a home produced book (there are no publishers details) so the "about the author" details should be taken with a pinch of salt. As for the exercises, have a look at some of the natural running websites and you will find some useful and similar stuff there.

Not worth the money
I was so disappointed in this book. I teach Pilates and had danced years ago. The info could have been looked up online. Maybe for someone who has never exercised, but not for an active person. Sorry
