This item saves you from high cost of batteries which do not last long when using H4n. The downside you cannot use it where there is no power source. I don't know why They don't make H4n which can be recharged

Works as intended
Simply does what it is supposed to do. Connects my portable power bank to my Zoom H4N so I am not relying on 9v battery power. No issues
