Have young kids learning the game, didn't want to deal with huge amount of black eyes or broken windows. Still wanted to play catch. These were the solution. half the weight of a regulation ball, have a foam/rubber outer layer that is pretty durable while still remaining squishy. More expensive than they need to be, but that's the only thing bad I can say about them so far. 6 months in or so.

Balls held up well after tons of practice, including passing, shots and ground balls. Lots of driveway, concrete and grass action, and balls have held up their part of the bargain. Especially with my beginner kids and the balls spending more time on the ground than anywhere. Good buy!

Good product and quality at a fair price

Aside from an odd smell when you open the package these are perfect. My sons principal did not want the kids playing with a rivulet lacrosse ball because kid were getting snaked with the ball and getting hurt. These are much softer and are allowed at school.

The other sponge balls we've purchased have been so light that it's hard to cradle or take a strong shot. This one actually has a little weight giving it that real feel.

This 12 pack is made by the same company that makes the three pack that is sold at the Major nationwide sports store and the exact same price. You’re literally losing money, not buying these.

We bought these to practice in the back yard, in hopes they were light enough to not damage our property but still give a good workout. They’re awesome!

I play lacrosse with my dog. We just love these balls. They are perfect for not destroying anything around the house.

It is what it is. The balls came as advertised. The kids love them. They are great for dryland training a new goalie because the impact of the ball is the same as official balls but it doesn't hurt as much. It helps to condition the goalie to flinch less on harder shots.
