I like the size of the kit. It's small enough for me to always carry around in my mini backpack. Someone who's the world to me is a diabetic, and I want to have this on hand incase a low happens while I'm around to help.

I bought these mainly because I liked the packaging, a bright red “emergency” kit clearly labeled and easy to identify in a car or at work by someone else in case of a blood sugar emergency. I was disappointed to find an orange package with very hard to see white letters. It looks like any regular chip or candy bag. Inside is a rock hard energy bar that would be difficult to eat even given a non emergency. Three packets of a glucose powder, which I already had. The description said they were supposed to be gel. Also two hand wipes which I can’t figure out why you’d need in a hypoglycemia emergency. I had high hopes and bought a three pack. Debating on whether to return. I wish I’d just made my own kit with a gel, a granola bar, and emergency instructions.

Good gift for someone with blood sugar level issues to put in their go bag. Everyone needs a go bag.s

Not at all what I need since the bar is too hard to eat. I do though love the small packets of low sugar aid.
