| Recommended Uses For Product | 1.Wash the griddle with warm water (no soap) and dry it thoroughly with a towel. 2.Rub a very thin layer of vegetable oil (or flaxseed oil) all over the cooking surface โ you want it to look almost dry, not greasy. 3.Place it on the stovetop over medium heat for 10โ15 minutes, or put it upside down in the oven at 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) for about an hour. (If using the oven, place a sheet of foil on the rack below to catch any drips.) 4.Turn off the heat and let it cool completely. Wipe away any excess oil, and you're ready to cook! 5.After each use, just rinse with warm water, dry immediately, and rub with a tiny bit of oil to keep it in great shape. With proper care, your griddle will last for years and only get better with time. |

Badass little skillet!
Wow! I was really impressed when this griddle showed up. We purchased it for a roadtrip and old camping stove. I literally picked it specifically on dimensions of my camp stove without giving it another thought. It arrived and it was so heavy and solid! Itโs the perfect size for a Coleman stove and it also looks like it will be perfect size to cook on too.Very pleased!

Works Great!
This is heavy duty cast iron and was perfect for grilling our salmon filets! My husband loves to use blackening seasoning, and usually does it in the house - only problem is there is a strong fish and seasoning smell for hours afterwards. This griddle cooked our salmon perfectly, fit 3 nice size salmon filets and we were very happy with it! So glad I made this purchase!

Check for size when ordering!
Make sure to read the size your ordering. I received a bit smaller then I expected. It was not the same size as photo showed and because of that I did not read the size. I also did not know that they came in various sizes, so therefore did not look for a size. Other then size, it is great!

Needs work to make it smooth
Surface is not smooth so it has to be oiled a lot and heated in an oven to make it so food does not stick. It is too short to fit over two burners.
