If you have an English cream golden, or just love pups, get this for your child. This exact same stuffed dog was given to my child almost 7 years ago and she has slept with this stuffed dog almost every night since. Recently, we had to wash it at someone else’s house and the dryer kind of matted the fur. Nothing terrible, my child is simply picky and requested that I brush it out. I came to Amazon to see if there could be a replacement, and here it is!!! The stuffed dog came in the mail today & it is exactly the same. The size is perfect for all ages, it is soft, the stitching has never come out and it has never stained. I’ve probably washed this stuffed dog at least 50 times by now and is still a really sturdy, good looking stuffed animal. Very excited to now have TWO stuffed dogs. The cost is worth every penny in my opinion.

Exactly what I was looking for.

I am a collector of realistic stuffed animals, and this one is a winner. Well constructed, soft “fur” and details are quite nice. However, this one arrived squashed in plastic shrink-wrapping and not quite what is shown on-line. It will take a while to fluff to overcome the poor shipping. A worthwhile purchase overall, but as a collector, I was disappointed. Do better, folks.

I bought this as a toy for the children's section of my library. It is soft and beautiful and right-sized, not too big and not too small. The children love to read to it. It was so popular, I bought a second one.
