Great unit but there is not enough protective packaging inside the box, hence causing the heat reflector shield to get bent in transport. Not the end of the world but thought I’d mention it. Overall works well and does what it should.

Patio heater is good looking. I really like the adjustable shelf. Puts out great heat. Read instructions for lighting. You have to hold the pilot down for about 30 seconds before you try to light. Just find the pilot so you can see it before you try. It has an inspection hole to see it. Everyone loves the brown color. Both boxes were somewhat damaged upon receipt, but the heaters were fine. I was missing hardware for the transport wheels on one unit. It comes partially installed but may come out and be loose in box. I assume it fell out of the first damaged box. easy enough to find generic hardware though. Just two bolts and nuts. The rest of the hardware is in a blister pack and instructions are easy to follow. Maybe 30 minutes to assemble the first one, but half of that is unpacking. We love them.

We went back and forth trying to decide whether to get this type of heater or the other kind that heats from the middle tube up with a flame. This was cheaper and ultimately we chose this one. Very happy with it! It arrived on time and undamaged. Pretty easy to put together, my husband and I did it in about 10 minutes. We use it on our back patio. Two of the walls are open to the elements. It's roughly a 14 x 20 area and it heated it up nicely! It's nice to be able to have adult game night on the patio in the winter!

Fantastic outdoor heater. Little tough to assemble if you're on the shorter side but instructions are easy to follow. Difficult to find a 20lb propane tank in our area. Had to hunt around for one since most places just carry the 15lb tanks these days. Once you've got it put together, just follow the instructions for how to leak test and turn it on. The "Sweet Heat" attachment does a good job reflecting heat away from the house and towards the patio. Waterproof cover is a must in the PNW. We're all comfortable out here in 34°F.
