This pet fountain is fantastic! It's so quiet, you can't hear it at all & it works great for multiple pets. I am definitely going to be buying another for another room! Great product, great price, constantly clean filtered water for my fur babies. Would definitely recommend this purchase.

TOTALLY SILENT!!! Blown away how quiet this thing is, previously had a cat mate fountain that was noisy, hard to clean, and was a lot of work to maintain. Every time that one got low on water you would hear the pump growling even if the pump was still submerged, the Veken model is completely silent. 12 inches away from it and i can't even hear the pump, i can hear the trickling water noise ever so lightly, but get a few feet away and you can't even hear that in a quiet room. Time will tell how it holds up but it looks easy to clean compared to others i have tried, the prefilter on the pump is a nice addition to keep anything out of the pump, the top return filter looks like a good flow through design and it comes with two pump prefilters and two top filters in the package, i feel like you could skip the upper filter if you wanted to as long as you cleaned it regularly, my previous cat fountain the filters were a real pain and restricted waterflow after a couple days. The anti skid mat to go under it that is also included was a nice touch. And the fact that it uses a standard USB power adapter means if you have a outlet with a USB output you wouldn't even need the included power adapter, or if the power adapter fails its not a special unit that is hard to replace. Could even be run for a long time off a power bank during a power outage or as portable use etc. I went with the clear version as some reviews mentioned its a lot easier to see the water level and i can see how that is a benefit over the others. So far great product that made the cats curious to check it out, which is good as it encourages drinking.

Had this in my basket for like a year, couldn’t decide if it was worth it or if the cats would even like it. Went on sale and figured what the heck, I’ll try it. Have had it for about a week and my cats LOVE it!! The light feature is handy because you can easily see if the level is getting low. It is SUPER quiet. No sound of a motor, just gentle trickle of water. I like that it is not battery operated, and it comes with the cord AND the wall box. I hate when you buy something and the box isn’t included 😂 It also comes with a second filter and sponge! The design of multiple streams of water is nice, very functional for two cats to drink at the same time. I may buy another so they have multiple options throughout the house. Highly suggest!!

Bought this in 2022 and it lasted until 2024, and only recently started using it again a month ago for another kitty. Both cats enjoyed drinking from it! The pump was still working, but was starting to get a little louder the last couple weeks. However, my complaint is the motor has so many pieces that come apart that I didn't even know came apart for a couple years. And even last week I found *another* piece that can come out. When I bought it, there wasn't a video on how to clean it, and the instructions didn't mention that when *fully* taken apart you should have 4 pieces (the face plate where the lightbulb is, the motor, the motor *fan*, and the part that holds the sponge. Because of this, there was a buildup of pink slime mold (a type of bacteria, actually). No matter how many times I scrub it down (I've used vinegar before too), it still keeps appearing. There are so many little cracks and places for the slime to nestle in that are near impossible to get it all out, so the slime mold will just come back. Cleaned it well a week ago and when I checked today there was more, in the basin, the pump, and even some on the filter (which I had just replaced) Decided to just throw away the dang thing. Might buy their stainless steel one next, because the kitty likes the flower design, and I hear it's more sanitary than plastic. Plus now that I know how the motor comes apart, it should be easier to take care of and keep pink slime free. The picture I'm posting is all the pieces of the pump. If you know what to do (unlike I did when I first got it), it should be alright though. I, personally, am just a little wary about cleaning pumps now

Very well made product. I would reckon this product for all animal lovers. Easy to set up, and clean. Love how you can have it light up or leave it off. And it’s super quiet.

My cat loves this fountain and I love that the pump is very quiet. It’s easy to clean and the filter filters worked pretty well.

The fountain functions fine, and I really like the fact it has a pre filter to prevent the pump from clogging. It is very quiet when running, easy to see water levels.. My issue is that I am unable to determine why water is leaking around the fountain (has been since we got it but not a lot) and I just attributed it to the cats playing in it (without evidence 😂) we filled the bowl last night and this morning the majority of the water was all over the floor. I cannot find any cracks or leaks in the bowl part so I don’t know if water is siphoning up the cord or what. Never had an issue like that with this type of fountain. The mystery continues and I’m pretty sure I’m beyond my return period so I’ll just order a different fountain. Kinda sad because I really liked this one and so did the cats.

As the winner of the 2023 pet innovation awards, the veken water fountain is an excellent choice for the array of reliable options it provides. This is a low-maintenance fountain that pets love due to the fact that the filtration system is top of the line and able to filter out any debris, and any odors that are around the house. Another feature that I like about this water fountain is the fact that it is able to easily display the water levels, how convenient the LED is to toggle on and off, and how the stainless steel part itself is BPA-free and really easy to clean. My cat is able to tell the difference right away with the quality of water and I frequently find her showing more and more of a preference to this fountain as opposed to the old one that we originally got. Overall if you are looking for a quality purchase that is worth every dollar, I would say that this fountain is the one that you should invest into.

Have had this for 6 months. Great design, lighting etc. But as soon as it gets to less than 2/3rd full the pump is not strong enough to keep the water flowing. Looking to buy an alternative already.

Estoy totalmente satisfecha con mi compra, cumple perfectamente su función, recibí el producto muy rápido, pensé que al ser de otro país tardaría mucho en llegar pero no fue así, de verdad si estás viendo esto y eres de México o de cualquier país de habla hispana te recomiendo esta fuente para tus mascotas, yo estuve buscando opiniones del producto en español pero la verdad no encontré, sólo en inglés, pero mira que estoy muy feliz de haberla pedido. Espero que mi opinión te sirva para comprarla.

For the price, this is a great pet fountain. It took a few days for my cat to get used to this fountain, but once she did, she was fine with it. She was actually scared of it for the first few minutes, but I did see her drinking from it about an hour later, but she was still leery of it for about the first week. The pump does make a quiet humming sound, and there is also a small trickling noise, so it’s not silent. It’s no louder than a fish tank, or a fridge or water cooler running, and you get used to it quickly. Set up, and cleaning is simple, and everything goes together easily. There was a fair amount of cat hair in the pump filter after its first cleaning.
