Run large and wide
I wish I would have sized down. They are long and wide. They are really comfy though and great for bodypump. The ball of the foot cushioning isn’t supportive enough for my cardio workouts. The sole is also slippery on my gym floor (laminate type of wood) when holding a plank. They look great and I will wear them outside of the gym instead.
