This one will out live you. You get what you pay for and this one is so so much better than the ones from Interdesign, I have one, low grade SS and chromed steel = rustville. It has a two piece system that comes apart for cleaning that is made of high grade stainless steel, it is non magentic. It has slight dimples in the bottom tray to keep the tray off the counter. I would buy it again. I wish they made one that was longer that I could use on my shower shelf for longer items. In my never to be humble opinion Amazon should puul the Interdesign products and find better ones to offer.

The material making this up is light weight, and I feel like I could bend it with a little effort. Also there is a high point in the middle of the dish so it rotates. Having said this there no rust, and it does drain a bar of soap nicely, so I might buy this again.

Very good product. No rusting in bathroom. Excellent design to drain water to keep soap dry for next use. Design drains water sufficiently to avoid soap becoming soggy and soft like wet clay as it happens in most of the soap boxes. I would buy the product again and recommend its purchase to others.

After about two years it started to rust in multiple places. It is not stainless steel.I have 2 soap dishes from other manufactures that have not rusted.Would not buy again.

Cheap metal draining dish soap.What I like about it: cheap, made of metal, cheaper than plastic alternatives.What I do not like about it: the metal cuts into the soap (ops, that is certainly not something I expected to be a problem), started to discolor after 10 months of use.But hey, for the price, it is hard to beat.

So far (I've had it for a week), it's exactly what I wanted. I just hope it really is stainless and doesn't rust.Update: I've had the soap dish for 5 years and it still looks good!

This is what I need in a wet environment. My bar of soap is not spongy, I find the soap dish doesn't draw water and I have not once removed the top to drain watery soap from it. Perfect for me, here, in the great North West.

The one pictured has little feet to keep it from sliding. The one I received is flat so it slides around. I'll put some rubber stickers on the bottom and it will be fine. It's also thinner than the picture might show. Functionally it's great. It's a soap dish. It does the job.

This is the second one I ordered because I was so happy with the first one.I searched high and low locally for a stainless steel soap dish and couldn't find one anywhere. I keep it by the kitchen sink for my sponge. It can be sterilized because it is metal (you can't do that to plastic).Now at least when I wash my sponge, I can clean this too. The service was excellent. I received it in a week,right to my door.( The second dish was for a Secret Santa gift and was very popular. )Would highly recommend this supplier.

I bought 2 of these after an exhaustive search for a soap dish that drains the water away from the soap. I use Dove and it turns into a gloopy mess when it sits in water. The draining is great and the clean up is quick and easy. My 3 star rating is because after only about 2 days I have two small pit marks that are showing rust on the flat part of the top draining tray.

Easy to clean and drain. Keeps my soaps mostly dry.
