Q: Does it work well on grass? The video shows it on cement.

It would probably have to be very short grass. The ball placement mechanism is just a hole where the ball sits so I would assume the grass would knock the ball off the “tee”. Also, you could just toss the balls onto the grass if you so choose

Q: Are the balls regular golf ball size or larger?

They appear to be the same size as a regular golf ball. My son received this game Christmas and absolutely loves it! It’s very easy for him to push with his hand or his foot to place the next ball on the Tee.

Q: Has this set been updated for a lefty? I see mixed reviews... some say it has left handed options and some reviews say it doesn't

This set does come with a left handed club head. My grandson loves this set and he is only 2 yes old.
