Great, inexpensive gym tool for core and other workouts!
I predominantly use these sliders for core work but they also can be used for inner thigh workouts, and aerobic crawls along the floor. I am sure there are also other creative ways to tone your body with these other than those I mentioned. This is how I use them:Core: Kneel on all fours. Put your hands on the sliders and slowly slide out until you feel you can no longer hold your position, then slowly pull back in to original position. Make sure you keep pulling your belly button up towards your spine the entire time so you do not put pressure on your lower back!Inner Thighs: Stand with feet on the sliders. Slowly push both feet apart at the same time. Only go as far as you feel you can and still keep your balance, then pull both legs back together simultaneously. You should feel this in the inner thighs.Aerobic Crawls: Put feet in center of each slider. Stretch out and put hands on the floor under your shoulders to lift yourself off the floor. Pike up by pulling your feet on the sliders towards your arms. Stretch out with your arms again but use your hands to walk forward as you do this. Once you are stretched out again in a horizontal line with the floor pike up. Repeat crawl in a straight line forward.

Great for exercise
I purchased these after knee replacement surgery as my therapist uses them. Since I am having other knee done this year I bought my own to continue the stretching exercises.

Does not work on carpet
I specifically bought these glides so I can use them in my living room while watching tv. They do not work on carpet. I tried every carpet/rug in my house & they did not work on none of them. They do work great on hardwood floors. They are made well.

Excellent tool for getting out of exercise rut
I am not a hard core fitness person. I am a middle-aged woman who was looking to amp up her work out, and not have to constantly move between my carpeted and bare floored rooms to change up my workout.I found the disks provided stable and effective movement. I have been very pleased trying the new exercises in the e-book, even an old girl like me. The core exercises are changing up my routine and I have seen a difference. What I would really like is the option for a larger disk since I use it frequently with a flat foot for skating movements, and a slightly larger disk would be more comfortable for me.

Workout Must have!!!
I purchased these back in 2018! I’m not sure if there’s an option today to purchase just 1 pair instead of the 10 only showing.Where do I begin? I absolutely love these. Super versatile. My favorite way to use them is on carpet with the shiny side down or on a gym mat. I love how easy it is to carry (cane with pouch) and take with you anywhere. I would always bring mine to the gym. This is a great way to get a nice burn into your workout. It’s a great addition to spice things up and not get bored of working out. My friends saw me in the gym using these. And they had so much fun trying it out. It was funny because they said they’ve never seen something like this before. The one friend, who’s a pretty big guy, 6’0, told me later on that he never felt so sore from working out before and so quickly. He only used it for 2 minutes.All in all, I’d highly recommend picking on these up to throw into your exercise regimen.
