Is this jigger made in China?

It says “Premium Japanese Stainless Steel,” in website copy, but it could be made elsewhere. The jigger looks and feels like Japanese quality. Amazon does not give origin for its Briout Store. I got out my readers and my brightest LED flashlight, but found only measurement markings, no origin markings anywhere on the jigger. Unfortunately, I already recycled the packaging. It is half off today 7-13-22 if that helps.

Mine arrived marked in ml rather than oz as shown on the product page. i did not see a place to specify units when i ordered. did i miss this?
