I've been taking this krill oil for 2 years and I noticed it improved my mood, it reduced my appetite and I’ve lost over 50 pounds, before I started taking this krill oil, I was taking regular fish oil for 2 years and it did not improve my mood or reduce my appetite, krill oil is so much better than fish oil.

Krill oil is better for me that typical fish oils. This one is relatively inexpensive, and the peppermint addition is perfect.

It's the best yet

I have mixed feelings about this. I like Antarctic Krill oil in general as a healthful omega-3 supplement, and I take omega-3 every day for cardiovascular health, which seems to work well for me. This supplement has 2000 mg of krill oil, 360 mg of EPA, and 240 mg of DHA per serving. One serving is two of these medium sized gel caps, and there are 120 gel caps in the bottle, so this is a two month supply. At the current list price, this seems to me to be a good value. The gel caps are not difficult to swallow, and I’ve had no gastrointestinal side effects. The only negatives are that they smell bad, and they leave an old fishy stale shellfish lingering taste after I swallow them. The odor is like old crab or shrimp shells that have been left out overnight. It isn’t horrible, and I keep the plastic jar tightly closed and in the refrigerator to minimize it. Otherwise, these are good.
