Would have been 5 star if the tablets weren’t so big and hard to swallow. Had to resort to emptying the capsule into my morning coffee. The collagen works great itself and seen a massive difference in nails so far

Only just started taking these. No idea if they will work. Rather large capsules which some people may find problematic. I don’t. Have read the research on this product so will just have to wait and see
