I travel a lot, and with these patches I find it much easier to fend off the jet lag. I will do the melatonin one for slein the plane and the Bs for when I arrive on the other side of, so I feel refreshed . I also use it when I have had a night of little sleep or maybe a glass to many of bubbly. If there is any drawback is sometimes I find residue on my wrist after wearing them… it happens with the B vitamin more often than with any of the others .

Did not work and was very difficult to remove on some which left bruising.

These patches are the real deal! I had weight loss surgery 7 years ago, which added an extra 5 pills to my daily routine ( my body was not receptive..lol) I wish I had found them back then. Now I tell all my weight loss friends, ( as well as others) all about them before surgery so that they can finally have a choice: pill or patch. Thank you to The Good Patch Company for making my life just a bit easier.

Doesn’t really work for me.

I really like these patches. I’ve used each of them and the most effective by far are the Sleep and Awake for me. The Awake will not replace a morning cup of coffe but will help a mid day slump and give me a boost to keep going longer than usual. The Sleep helps me feeel tired and stay asleep through the night with minimal grogginess which I usually get from oral melatonin. The Rescue has come in handy on nights I drank more than expected but that doesn’t happen often so I’m not super into them. Good option for vacations and bachelor/eye parties. The Relax is by far the most useless to me. Maybe because I’d rather just take some CBD. It did help me with some flight anxiety but otherwise it didn’t do anything I couldn’t get otherwise.

So I don’t know where these magic patches have been my whole life but I am obsessed with them. They work so well. I need more

They didn't stay on long, they didn't stick. I really didn't have time to tell if they worked I didn't feel no different. I accidentally hit the button twice when I was ordering I only want it one, and you can't send them back in I didn't know that. I personally wouldn't buy these again. I kind of feel like I'm stuck with two boxes that I'm not going to use.

These worked for me. The B12 has a weird smell. But they all have a scent to them.
