Bought this for my parents to replace their aging Samsung LCD set. Hisense have produced a great product in the terms of price point and user experience. Easy to install, vibrant colours and picture sharpness, with a very attractive price point for those looking for value for their money. Highly recommend this to the price conscious looking for a great viewing experience!

Took my time to look at other tvs and reviews and this one (2021 model) is the one I chose. Very easy to work and the bonus is that the TV remote also works my firestick when you pair up the TV. Picture quality is very good as is the sound. Hisense also give you a 2 Yr warranty when you register so I don't need to take out the warranty offered with the TV at 40 quid. I bought this TV in August 2021. Very happy with it until December 29 2023 when it stopped working. The warranty ran out in August 2023. The "back light" in the TV has failed (seems this is a common Hisense fault as my sons tv ow has the same issue) and to have this repaired is a minimum of £180.00. Hisense UK aren't very interested in repairing a 3 yr old TV so word of caution, very good TV while it lasted but if you're buying Hisense then take out an extended warranty. Or like me buy a TV like my old Samsung that's still going after 9 yrs!!!!

Awesome tv, easily accessible ports on the back right, brilliant adaptive picture, should be 4 times the price. I changed from Samsung to Hisense after taking a punt and seeing them advertise the football. Never go back, quality product

Very impressed with this television, purchased after my old tv stopped working and best purchase I’ve ever made, easy to attach to wall mount and picture and sound quality is great. many features included making it easy to access your favourite streaming services like Amazon and Netflix uktv play itv player etc the list goes on. 10/10 would recommend

Have Given it 1 star because there was no option for 0 Stars which it should have been given .Bought TV 2 years ago had problems from start picture continually changing from light to Dark after 2 years And 1 month ,of 2 year Guarantee it stopped Working altogether.All my previous Panasonic TVs lasted minimum 4 years indeed one lasted 10 . It is worst Tv I have ever bought and has lasted the least .Terrible Customer services from Hisense. They made me take photos of TV and receipt and done nothing .I have read there is a problem with these Tvs that involves TV power not coming on and backlights which is what happened to mine.As a relatively new TV provider I would have thought they would have been helpful and provide good customer relations .The TV failed 2 years and 1 month.Good customer relations would have been a replacement or free fix it seems they do not wish to do So.Iwould never buy there products ever again. Beware

Good size tv but the screen after a bit go's dark and bright, which is most annoying. Other than that the TV is a good item.
