Yes. Very tight. Almost 2 sizes small.

Is this AR 670-1 compliant?

I believe it is but ultimately up to your unit if they let you wear it. I’m able to fly while wearing it, but only when on our AT or overseas. I was not aviation when active... Hope this helps.

im 5'6 145 should i get small or medium waist is 30 to 32?

Small unless you have long arms.

If I wear a medium long ocp top. Would I fall under medium or large?

Don’t waste your money on this top. The patch Velcro is way out of regs. It’s dark green. The OCP pattern is out of regs and not to mention the shoulders are tight and reminds me of winter OCP uniform. Tight and non breathable.
