Yes, it will fit a JL 2022 Willy Sport.

Does this require drilling into inside door panels or does it fasten with preexisting screws/bolts ?

The only drilling required is into the plastic panel on the tailgate. There are 2 bolts that need to go into the door through the back of the table. The bolts screw into pre-existing threaded holes in the tailgate.

Has anyone had an issue with putting Molle webbing items on this table? Doesn’t seem to have great spacing

MOLLE bags work great. There’s enough space in between to add a few bags.
