Bought this for my wife after her Charge 2 eventually stopped working. She loves it and it looks a lot more feminine and a lot lighter too. She often comments on how much easier it is to read the Time and all the new functions it gives her. Connected seamlessly with her Fitbit App in seconds. Happy Wife...Happy Life...

It is a much improved version than my previous Fitbit Alpha tracker. Batteries last over a week, which is a great convenience. Digital screen has various options to show time in big format, all the other fitness data are shown very small but it is a sleek screen. I am very happy with the purchase and I get many compliments by friends on how it looks.

I bought the Fitbit Luxe in 2023 and was happy with it at first. It looked stylish, was comfortable to wear, and tracked health and fitness accurately. For the first year or so, the battery life was fine and close to what Fitbit promised. But now, after about a year and a half of use, the battery has become a constant frustration. Even after a full charge, it keeps dying within minutes - seems problem with holding the charge. I’ve tried resets, adjusting settings, and turning off features, but nothing works. For a device at this price point, I expected much better durability. It’s disappointing that something marketed as premium becomes unreliable this quickly. Unless Fitbit addresses these battery issues, I’d be hesitant to buy another one. Also not clear on what the warranty coverage is.

I’m having a Terrible recurring issue with my steps not showing and sleep activity. I had to restart my watch almost every day to get the reading. Very disappointed. Had high hope for it thinking I’m updating my old watch but instead I’m dealing with issues daily. Very Annoying

if its going to advertise itself by being able to be water resistant for up to 50 meters deep, I sure as hell to expect it to hold up in a less than 2 meters pool. I just recently bought this product and I'm surprised it has already broke. It's always the products u think u don't need to get the warranty for lol. well there goes all my money down the drain thanks to their false advertising. the strap also gave my skin a rash but I think that's just a sensitive skin problem. anywho if ur thinking of buying it, I hate to say that I actually do recommend it, especially for girls that like a cute gold chain so it doesn't ruin their bracelet stack. just keep it away from water. I'm genuinely so pissed while I type this, and honestly really sad, I really liked the watch. while doing my research after it broke to see how I could fix it, I came across many people w the same problem. KEEP IT OUT OF WATER. hope ur experience is better than mine.

It’s super light weight, gives the correct readings. Fitbit premium subscription gives good workouts to follow. Overall it’s been a great package and I’ve fully utilised all it can offer. Particularly the readiness score which suggests how ready your body is for exercising and what intensity of workouts you need to do. I’ll recommend this to all those who’re trying to make their everyday health a priority.
