... gluten-free is your only intolerance this would be a good book to start with
If gluten-free is your only intolerance this would be a good book to start with. This book goes into great detail as to why a person who is gluten intolerant must eat differently. Fortunately, no one in my family has this problem. I wanted to get the cookbook to try and cut out some of the gluten in our diets. I've read, and heard, that even if you don't suffer from celiac disease or gluten intolerance eating gluten free is a way of eating with health benefits. I recommend this book to anyone who is setting up their gluten free kitchen, and to anyone who is considering starting a gluten free diet.

A very helpful baking book!
I love sweets and baking ever since I was a kid. But when I started growing up, I realized that too much sweets is not good for our body. So, I have been looking for a gluten free recipe book. And I am thankful I found this one and it did not let me down. All of my favorite sweets are in here and I can still make and eat them without compromising my health. A must read and a must share book!

So disappointed..
As a non-frequent user of cookbooks. I was so hoping for better.... Most of the recipes were written over 2-3 pages, that made it very hard to follow... one page is way more than enough... if you need to go more than one page, change the size of the book, please.... and the pages were not numbered properly... Some of the recipes were off by 3 pages... I actually returned the cookbook...

Delicious and healthy!
I like cakes, cookies, and puddings very much. Normally, I purchase them from shop. Now, I can prepare it in my home with the help of this book. It is good know that all these recipes are glutten-free. Many many products are marketed as healthy and gluten-free but in fact are processed and full of chemicals. This book is a resolution for all these crisis. Read this book and prepare everything yourself.

A quick and information dense book!
When I started this book I thought it could turn out to be a poor book, but I soon realized that wasn't the case at all! There is so much valuable information jammed into this book that it's hard to believe it's not more expensive!

Not what I was expecting
Handy little cookbook, no pictures and very basic recipes. Ended up giving it away. Not up to the caliber of what I thought it would be.

Disappointing.
Disappointing. The front cover is the only colour picture, and the paper is very 'flimsy'. The whole book is, really. Also spotted layout errors, and considering I'd purchased this to be a Christmas gift, it's just very disappointing. I will keep the book for myself now, to at least give the recipes a try, but I would not recommend this as a gift.
