Good bike!
Delivery was very quick. It's a 2 person job if you are moving the bike still in the box. I unboxed it & moved the parts about easily, even up stairs.Assembly was quite easy, I stuck the YouTube video on as I did it. Concentrate on the pedals. The cranks are great for seat and handlebars adjustments.Riding the bike I've done 10 or so now and found it very enjoyable. Good resistance. I've added an extra cushion to the seat & tape to the handlebars but that's a personal choice. Bike is very sturdy, flywheel is really quiet.Feel the bike is great value for money and will get you fit!

Amazing bike, comfortable, easy and great value for money
So this is the newer, updated version of the bike with added resistance value, RPM, watt function, increased block magnetic resistance and can be now used with the Kinomap program. I didn't have the older version but as my first bike this has everything I need. I love it. :)I use the bluetooth function with Zwift as I like the app, but the bike was easy to set up and is easy to use and really comfortable. A lot of people said to me even though it's my first bike, don't go super cheap as they can be really uncomfortable, but I've found the seat on this surprisingly easy to get used to considering I'm not a cyclist at all.The value for money is amazing, they did have an offer on when I bought it so was even cheaper but I will say, definitely pay Amazon for their unpacking service as it's very heavy, but that does mean it's sturdy. All the features are super helpful, it's very quiet and I'm struggling to know what more you'd want from a bike. Definitely better than a Peloton!

Compatible with Garmin
The X2PRO that I went for has blutooth (the X2 doesn't). The X2PRO also has a slightly better display, a side bottle holder, different pedals (without reflectors) and a flat tablet holder. It will hold a phone in front of the display too if you don't mind blocking it. The pedals are almost identicle to the EIRONA flat caged pedals on Amazon. The bike is almost silent and very solid. The display, although it looks much improved, still feels quite low quality and still no backlight as far as I can tell. It does the job though and keeps the price low. See below re using your phone instead.GARMIN, BLUETOOTH & SENSORS:The bike's bluetooth connected to my Garmin 255 Music instantly without fuss. Just go to Settings > Sensors & accessories > Add new on your watch while the bike display is active. Comes up as "Spd/Cad" followed by some numbers. Note that this causes the bike display to then only show resistance level and nothing else until the watch is disconnected. I get time, speed, distance, cadence and HR on my Garmin watch using the "F3b Dozen Cycle" data field (install in Connect IQ app, then setup on phone). When uploaded to Strava from my watch though I get:TimeDistanceCaloriesSpeed graphCadence graphHR graph (from the watch, bike doesn't record this)plus the usual averages of these.USING YOUR PHONE AS A DISPLAY, APPS & HR:You can connect the bike to Kinoapp on your phone and use the Free Ride option to see live stats on your phone instead of the bike without paying anything. You can broadcast your HR from your garmin watch (hold up > Health & Wellness > Wrist HR) and add it as a HR sensor in Kinomap and view/record all stats together on your phone. This is a good solution to the cheap bike display.Note that you can't have your Garmin watch connected to the bike at the same time as it's connected to Kinomap and you can't get live output on your phone from the Garmin Connect app (although I see people have requested it). Allowing multiple bluetooth devices to get data from the bike would solve a lot. If you want your stats to be recorded on your Garmin watch while using your phone as a display, you have to add a manual activity form the Kinomap data. I find it's better to keep looking at your watch for your stats output while exercising. Overall, though, I'm just happy to be able to connect the bike to my Garmin and upload to Strava at this price point, even if I have to keep looking at my watch for stats as it's no different than outdoors cycling. For those interested, I couldn't get the bike to connect directly to the Strava app at all.RESISTANCE & FLYWHEEL:I'm average male height and run and cycle most days and find the flywheel weight and resistance more than adequate for a good workout. Resitance is changed by turning a screw knob which you also press to stop the flywheel. The resistence is very smooth and not lumpy. The resitance level readout has a wide range of error, i.e. you set it, press the flywheel stop button, and the number will change up to about 5 percentage points. I would therefore have preferred the manual X2 Resistance Gauge you can get aftermarket over the digital one, but I'm not sure it fits the X2Pro.PACKAGING:It was well packaged and delivered in under 24 hours from ordering. My box had 2 bits of plywood and 2 steel pipe sections in it for reinforcement. Nothing was rattling around loose in the box. Although it can be moved on your own with a stuggle (I got it up 2 flights of stairs), I'd recommend an extra person to carry it to avoid injury or accidental damage.Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. The problems stated above aren't major and they've cut corners in the right places to keep the price low IMO. It does what I wanted it to do and it feels like it'll last. Allowing multiple bluetooth devices to connect and receive data would be my main request.

Great bike for the price. Sturdy, stable, well designed.
Overall, a good bike considering the price relative to the top brands.Assembly took around an hour. Instructions are ok, but the diagrams are a little small, thus making it a bit unclear in places. All the relevant tools are provided, although I ended up using some of my own tools as they're more comfortable on the hands and allowed me to tighten bolts with more ease. It's also pretty heavy, so you may need someone to help you.Once assembled, it's relatively easy to adjust the seat height and handlebars. There's a good range of heights (I'm 6ft2 and it can probably accommodate someone a bit taller than me) and the locking mechanisms are secure. One minor point is that the first time I sat on it, the seat snapped back all of a sudden so I had to go back and tighten the bolts again. This is where it was helpful to have my own wrench to really tighten these hard so the seat doesn't snap back. (Also, I'm a fairly big guy, so other people might not have this problem)The riding experience is nice and smooth. The range of resistance is very good on the top end, although on the low end it's not as easy as the more expensive bikes. The digital display is fairly basic, but it has the functionality you need. One minor complaint with the display is that it doesn't have a backlight, so it can be a bit difficult to see the information in some lighting conditions. The bluetooth connectivity is a great feature and allows you to connect to the Kinomap app for more configurable workouts and video scenes etc. Setting this up is fairly straight forward and there's a large range of workouts available (although requires subscription after 14 day free trial).I found the stand above the handlebars for tablets super useful. It's big enough and sturdy enough to support my laptop, so an iPad is no problem at all.All round, good value for money and I feel confident that it's going to last a long time.
