This bin is excellent great sensor and capacity very easy to keep clean and removing bin is very easy

Only had the bin 6 months and the lid will no longer open. Thought it was the batteries so replaced them and still not working. Cannot find where I can buy a replacement lid.The bin was not cheap and should last longer than 6 months. Really disappointed

The media could not be loaded. It had a mind of its own, opening and shutting when it wanted. We ended up sending it back.

It worked great until 9 months. I replaced the batteries too as it’s not working. But it’s the issue with Sensor.Does it have any warranty to replace the lid?

It's a good, sturdy bin that holds plenty. The bags are separated by an internal barrier and the frame keeps the edges of the bag from falling in.The motion sensor is quite sensitive so sometimes it opens when I walk past it (not a big deal). The lid opens and closes again in a few seconds.Press the button and the lid will open,and stay open until you press is again to close. Perfect for when you have stuff to separate and need a bit more time.All in all its a great bin and worth the money. I'm holding 1 star back because the lid does not close completely on its own. I have to press ot home the last cm or so. I don't know what's keeping it ever so slightly raised. I've checked inside the bin to make sure the bags are not bunched up.
